NAOMI MUIR BÁEZ

Anchor 1

Naomi Báez is an innovative trailblazer. She was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, where she was fully immersed in the music scene. Her father being a special event and club DJ, paved her way for a deep connection to music. Her first taste of the industry came when she worked as her father's personal assistant. She did everything from loading and unloading equipment, graphic design of posters and flyers, aiding in song selections and so much more. Not long after beginning work with her father, he took her along to her very first Vans Warped Tour. That was when she decided to dedicate her life to the music industry and pursue a career within. She's traveled thousands of miles around the country to over 100 events to pursue her passion. Along her path, she's had the rare opportunity to meet with many familiar, famous faces including Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Macklemore, Workaholics actors Blake Anderson, Adam Devine and Kyle Newacheck and many, many more. Check out the images of Naomi and her famous friends below.

After that first Vans Warped Tour, she had her mind set on one day being a part of the tour as a "merch girl" or a tour manager. A phone call in the summer of 2015, brought her dreams to life. She received an offer from eccentric rapper, Riff Raff, to sell his merchandise at the Vans Warped Tour. As if she wasn't infatuated with the industry and tour itself already, she was head over heels after this once in a lifetime experience. In the not too distant future, she will return to the tour as her ultimate goal, a tour manager

After the summer of 2015, Naomi meandered to Orlando, Florida. Her move was driven by one thing-her passion for the industry. Her main goal: to obtain a degree in Music Business at Full Sail University. She dedicates every waking hour to this goal, from attending shows and meeting with industry professionals to giving her all in class to expanding her knowledge of the industry. On the flip side of her business card, you'll find three simple words: "Always look up." A principle introduced to her by an industry mentor, Mod Sun. "Look up, now look down. Up is endless. Down has an ending. Always look up."
